AGMA presents Half Century Award
In 1916, several gear manufacturers participated in discussions to form
an association that would represent the interests of the gearing industry.
Horsburgh & Scott is one of the nine founding companies. The
organization they formed was named the American Gear
Manufacturers Association, AGMA. On March 15, 2003, AGMA recognized the
service of Horsburgh & Scott to the AGMA and bestowed the Half Century
Award, "in appreciation of more than 50 years of dedicated membership".
Minster Machine names Horsburgh & Scott Certified Supplier.
The Minster Machine Company, a leading manufacturer of stamping presses, has named Horsburgh & Scott a Certified Supplier.
In making the announcement, Minster Machine noted that Horsburgh & Scott has met all of the criteria of their Supplier Quality Assurance Program.
